One other difference between Boxer and Paul is that Paul has a set of principles, beyond doing what is necessary to get money from larege institutional donors.
He is pushing a "faith based" economic system that when put into practice looks exactly like Russia post Commie Empire collapse, but he does......by god......at least believe in the drivel that he's marketing. That's the big fund raising difference that Boxer seems not to understand.
