You do know that trademark doesn't usurp political speech right? Also, you would also know after getting hit with a cluestick that more than one business can have the same name an not infringe if they are in different businesses and don't cause customer confusion.
Please tell me a.) what the mayor is selling and b.) how that is similar to the what the brewery sells.
