Wonky Fun at a Crowded Table: Willamette Week's Endorsement Videos
Hey everyone! I've been watching a few of the Willamette Week's endorsement videos, and it's both informative and a (wonky) riot. The Week has been bringing in the candidates and asking them, on camera, many important questions. While I haven't had a chance to watch the video pig-pile for Sam Adams' seat yet, I enjoyed listening to Earl Bluemenauer talk about his work in Congress (and grimaced watching Joe Walsh really hammer him over impeachment and Peru).
As for my shotgun reactions? For Earl Blumenauer's race, you have to credit Joe Walsh's passion. Although, on the whole, I believe that Earl has served his Portland constituency exceptionally well and strongly support his re-election to the House.
If you want to watch the videos for yourselves, head on over to the Willamette Week's website or where Blip TV is hosting the files. Leave comments there and here, if you choose. I'll be back later for an update when I've had a chance to watch the video for Commissioner #1.
