Sorry for the break, but I've been really busy lately! But I'm back, and I'll ease into it.

Are you registered to vote? Oregon's primary is coming up in less than two months, after all. But how about this question: are you registered as a Democrat?

I ask because, if you intend to vote in the Democratic primary, you need to be a registered Democrat. It's a closed primary: independents and non-Democrats won't have the opportunity to cross over and vote. Also, if you've moved recently, it's imperative that you re-register with your current address.

If you're an Obama sort of person, he has a nice page set up on his website where you can go to update/change your registration. Remember: the deadline to to do so is April 29. Hillary Clinton also has an Oregon page, but I can't find any specific registration-related page. Otherwise, there's always the general voter resources page on the Oregon Secretary of State's website.
