Loyal readers, you have stood by us long and fast, including an entire evening of random bullshit test comments; if you were inconvenienced by a 500 or a long list of stupid comments, I apologize. However, now we have some nifty functionality; instead of having to load an entirely new page to post a reply to a comment, a dropdown box simply appears when you click on 'Reply to this.' This is long overdue, and I apologize for nothing having done it sooner. As usual, the rest of the site remains very ugly, so.. uh.. sorry. Sort of.
Another new thing is at the bottom of the right sidebar - we have recently signed up with an ad service called Project Wonderful. Like Blogads, they're trying to remove away from the standard cost-per-click model. On blogads, you buy an ad run on a site for a week, two weeks, etc. for a single chunk of money. With Project Wonderful, you're in an infinite auction for as long as you specify. It's cost per day. If you say, "I'm only going to pay a nickel per day until the 31st," as long as there are enough ad spaces where people have not bid over five cents, your ad runs and you get charged a nickel a day. Oh, and, best of all, their interface doesn't physically hurt you to use, unlike blogads.
At any rate, we have a new redesign and a couple of projects coming up on the horizon, so I hope you stick around.
