Your Semi-weekly (Fortnightly?) Happy

It's been far too long, but I've been pretty busy with end of the semester type stuff. So this installment of your weekly happy has a lot more happy in it :)

  1. A truck driver put himself in harms way to save a woman who fell unconscious behind the wheel on the Bay Bridge.
  2. Someone actually patented using a laser pointer to play with a cat.
  3. In the funniest support article ever written, Microsoft tells you what to do when your Computer Randomly Plays Classical Music.
  4. Starbucks actually saw a 1% decline in US store traffic, the first such drop in the company's history.
  5. A cowboy from Lebanon, Oregon, disillusioned by the nightly news hopped on his horse to find some good news.
  6. 14 incredibly cute pictures.
  7. This poor woman has 200 orgasms a day.
  8. An odd cat has started the habit of wandering off 1.5 miles every night and waiting for its owner to pick it up.
  9. Sears is voluntarily paying the difference in salary for all of its reservists called to duty for up to two years.
  10. A Swiss welfare group is providing volunteers to have erotic massages and full-on intercourse with disabled Swiss.
  11. An anonymous donor gave $100 million to various charities with absolutely no restrictions on the funds.
  12. A five year old saved a baby girl from her burning home. Bonus: he was dressed as Spider-Man.

  • I was wondering what had happened to you. I had assumed that a sinkhole opened down in California, consuming you and everyone nearby. How's the library program coming?

    Thanks for the lunchtime fodder!
